1.Let’s talk value:

In my opinion, the fastest way to move the needle in your business is to provide as much value to your audience as possible and position yourself as the expert in your industry. I consider value as helping someone achieve their goals in a measurable way. Suppose you're trying to raise awareness. Does your audience leave your social media post or your website with more knowledge than they did before seeing it and has it inspired them to share what they've learned through their own networks?

The best way to do this is to:

  1. Know who you're talking to by finding your niche.

  2. Know what they struggle with or what their pain points are.

  3. Know the best ways they retain information, you can accomplish this by building customer personas. (let me know if you guys want me to do an episode on customer personas)

  4. Know where they hang out at whether it be Facebook, instagram, email, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.——By the way all of these questions can be answered when you do your brand strategy, for more info on brand strategy listen to last weeks episode “the start up without a strategy.

  5. Know what their goals are for their business.

  6. Once you know all of that you want to start educating them entertaining them, inspiring them and don’t forget to let them know what it is you're selling. The goal here is to position yourself as the expert in your industry and you can accomplish this by providing value.

2. Transformation:

When it comes to high ticket premium clients they only care about one thing and thats transformation. Can you take me from where I am to where I want to be, price isn’t an issue they just want to know if you can provide them with the results that they desire. Plain and simple.

Now what does this look like in action:

  1. You can showcase transformation by sharing client text or video testimonials.

  2. Storytelling.

  3. Being transparent and authentic.

  4. Being consistent and showing up.

  5. Green screens to show where a previous client started and where they are now. (with permission of course)

  6. How you got them to that next level.

  7. Take them through your process and how it would go if they were to become your client.

  8. Provide excellent customer service so your current clients do some of the work for you by posting on your social media feeds and tagging you.

3. Experience:

When I say experience I'm talking about 2 things:

  1. What will be their experience when working with you.

  2. What will be their experience after working with you.

Your clients experience while working with you can be illustrated through showing them your:

  1. On boarding procedures.

  2. What to expect when working with you.

  3. Best client communication practices.

  4. A visual map of the steps you’ll take.

  5. Your client off-boarding procedures.

  6. Showcasing past client gifts.

  7. Showing screenshots of helpful email tips that you’ve sent past clients & so much more!

Now for their experience after working with you, you want to do your best to help them visualize their life after using your services:

1. Show them how their life can change for the better.

2. How much time you can save them.

3. How much money you can save them in the long run.

4. What problems you can solve.

5. How fast you can solve those problems.

6. How well you solve them.

7. How they’ll feel emotionally after working with you.

8. Is there a weight that gets lifted off of their shoulders?

9. Will they sleep better at night?

10. Will they have more free time to do the things they love?

To conclude, in order to charge premium prices in 2023, you must provide more value to your audience, illustrate the transformation that can be obtained by using your services, and create a way for them to visualize their experience with you and after you.
